Vistadent is developed by GAC International. The most popular version of this product among our users is 8.0.
The following is a quick list of the changes in Version 8.0 that are in no specific order:
Ø VistaDent Lite and Cosmetic are now standard with a free thirty-day trial of VistaDent Complete. This will allow you to evaluate the entire program. At any time before or after the expiration of the free trial version, you have the option to purchase the additional modules by calling the GAC TechnoCenter at (888) 422-2376.
Ø Cropped images are now visible throughout the program including Preview.
Ø You can crop from the Composite screen.
Ø Cropped images can be inserted into letters and can also be printed individually.
Ø The font in the logo area can be changed.
Ø Dates are now kept for individual sets of records.
Ø You can select your starting point when Autoloading (allowing you to load more than one patient per memory card).
Ø You now have the ability to modify an existing analysis or create your own custom analysis in VistaDent Complete using the Pal’98 program.
Ø VTO can now be moved with the arrow keys or exact numbers can be entered for more accurate movements.
Ø The Ceph and image now print at the size of the image and print much faster.
Ø There is a new archiving feature for restoring archived data (Rescue).
Ø There are three additional slots for scanning X-rays.
Ø An enhanced database function has been included that allows for fewer errors when running on a network.
